Auto-Fixer reads the logs your Windows PC already keeps, tells you in plain English what went wrong, and fixes it safely, with your approval at every step. Built for a technician to trust on a customer's PC, and for anyone to run without fear.
A menu you can read
Pick a number or a letter. The panel on the right tells you what the step does, whether it changes your PC and how long it takes, before anything runs.

Finds it, explains it, fixes it with your OK
Read-only scan
Reads the logs Windows already keeps (Event Viewer, Reliability Monitor, crash dumps, update logs) and explains what it finds in plain English. See the results in the console or as an HTML report.
Repair Windows files
Runs SFC and DISM, offers a restore point first, shows live progress and time left, and tells you honestly what the result means.
Network and domain
Status, ping, trace route, DNS lookup, port test, flush DNS, renew IP and clear saved drive passwords. Technician mode adds domain repair tools.
Clean up
Windows' own Disk Cleanup, TRIM for SSDs, and defrag for hard drives only.
Safe and private
Anything that changes your PC asks first. Names, serials, IP and MAC addresses, emails and keys are hidden in every screen and report.
Offline, no tracking
Stays offline unless you switch it on. No telemetry, no tracking, no phoning home. Logs stay on your PC, one key away.

Explains each step and asks first. The right place to start.
Technician mode
Opt-in and faster, with extra tools for people who fix PCs for a living. Switch modes in Settings.

Works in the console that ships with Windows, on Windows PowerShell 5.1 and PowerShell 7. Small windows, redirected output and consoles without color get a plain text version of every screen.
Coming soon
Auto-Fixer is in testing on the team's own PCs. When it's ready, you'll double-click AutoFix.bat, say yes to admin rights once, and start with the read-only scan.
